The quantitative composition of glycolipids from leaves of Eminium Lehmanii (Araceae) was established. It was shown that the predominant glycolipids were monogalactosyldiglycerides and digalactosyldiglycerides.
The fatty-acid compositions of six glycolipids, of which digalactosyldiglycerides and sterylglycoside esters contained greater
than 70% linoleic acid, were determined by GC. The main carbohydrate component of the leaf glycolipids was galactose.

Focusing on CO2 fixation, photoautotrophic cultivation of the red algaPorphyridium cruentum was investigated by means of a batch culture under a 5% CO2-enriched atmosphere. The algal growth kinetics was successfully described with a logistic model, and simulation of a continuous
culture under the optimum growth conditions (30°C, 12 klux and 1.18 g-cells/L) showed that the algal CO2-fixation activity could reach 0.66 g-CO2/(L X d). Under the same growth conditions, eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5 n-3, EPA) and arachidonic acid (20:4 n-6, ARA) yields

选用HP-NINOWax毛细管色谱柱及氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),采用程序升温,建立了4种脂肪烷基二甲基叔胺的分析方法。结果表明,4种脂肪烷基二甲基叔胺质量浓度在0.005~1.0 g/L范围内,其峰面积与质量浓度有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)在0.9996以上。检出限(LODs,信噪比为3)在0.001~0.002 g/L之间,定量限(LOQs,信噪比为10)在0.003~0.005 g/L之间,回收率在90%~130%之间,相对标准偏差为1.3%~6.9%(n=6)。方法的线性范围宽、回收率高、选择性好,可用于叔胺的产品质量分析及生产过程控制分析。利用该方法对阳离子表面活性剂合成反应中十六烷基二甲基叔胺进行监测,结果很好地符合双分子亲核取代反应。该方法比滴定分析法更快速、精确,与液相色谱法相比,不需要进行柱前衍生或者使用色谱-质谱联用仪器。 相似文献

Summary The esterification of C1–C8 fatty acid in aqueous solutions and in the presence of sulfuric or hydrochloric acid and with n-butanol is described. It has been established that the esterification can be used for the quantitative determination of these fatty acids in the concentration ratio range of [H2O]/[n-BuOH]=0.01–5.3. In the concentration ratio range of 0.01–0.8 the water present does not interfere. In the concentration range of above 0.8 anhydrous sodium sulfate is used for binding the water, in the amount of [Na2SO4.anh.]/[H2O]0.2. 相似文献

Summary The importance of selectivity in the capillary gas chromatographic analysis of the cellular fatty acids of micro-organisms is underestimated. The analysis on apolar silicone phases can lead to erratic elucidation of the fatty acid structure. Qualitative errors have been detected in commercially available standards on which computer matching identification techniques are based. Using highly polar capillary columns of the cyanopropyl silicone type, the errors could be elucidated. The exact identification of the hydrolysis products of bacteria is a must for chemotaxonomic studies applying chromatographic techniques. The fatty acid methyl ester profiles can also contain other chemical components which are very important taxonomic markers. Fatty aldehydes, for example, are main components in someClostridium species. Interfacial layers have been widely applied to study the formation and stability of emulsion-based systems. However, the application of isolated interfaces to address digestibility of emulsions is often limited because of the complexity of experimental methods and results. This review summarizes the latest developments in analytical methods and literature data on effects of digestion on interfacial layers. Particular emphasis is given to understand the changes on interfacial magnitudes during oral, gastric, and duodenal digestion, either applied separately or sequentially. Limitations of interfacial aspects and key factors that influence emulsion microstructure in bulk and lipid digestion are identified. Understanding the behavior of interfacial layers upon gastrointestinal digestion promotes an accurate tracking of the physiological fate of emulsions. 相似文献
